I wanted to recognize Maria at Starbucks for her outstanding customer service. As someone who is newly diabetic, I've been trying to learn which drinks and ingredients are sugar-free, and it can be a bit overwhelming. Some of the other employees weren't completely sure about certain sugar-free options, but Maria took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand what I could order. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the interaction. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she also recommended a drink that exceeded my expectations. It tasted amazing and made me feel much more confident about ordering at Starbucks in the future. Maria went above and beyond, and her willingness to help made a big difference in my day. Starbucks is lucky to have an employee like her!

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience today. I come here regularly and always order my drink the same way without any issues, but today the staff was unexpectedly rude and unwilling to make it as requested. Instead of trying to help or explain politely, the interaction felt dismissive and frustrating. Consistency and customer service are really important, especially for loyal customers. I’m not asking for anything unusual just the same drink I’ve been ordering without problems before. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both attitude and customer experience.

We asked for a hot water to heat up our baby’s bottle. We would gladly pay for it. They said they weren’t allowed to give those out anymore with no further reasoning. So they sold me a hot tea, but would not sell me a hot water with a teabag on the side . The person who was serving us was cut off by their manager, and they were all very rude about the situation. This business doesn’t really have a lot of room to mess around with customer services or experiences. We regrettably get Starbucks three times a week because there’s no good local drive-through, Coffee Bean and tea leave. Very disappointed in the management and location who the hell built a location where the waterline is breaking. The staff was in there just yelling back-and-forth so I don’t think that they were communicating very clearly to begin with.

Drinks are usually good and made well. Sometimes it doesn’t hit the spot, and when you ask for them to remake it, they will gladly do it. But sometimes you can tell they’re irritated, and unfortunately, they have a sign saying that the patio and restrooms are for customers only. They’re happy to have us, but for as long as I can remember, the restrooms have never been available for the customers, and they tell you they either don’t have the key or it’s out of service. And not long before you asked, you spot a worker coming out of the restroom. They only allow the employees to use that restroom because they only have that one restroom and don’t want to clean it.

Man I keep giving this place a try but the drinks are so inconsistent and sometimes made weird like they just throw on whatever they want and that's it 🤣 nah make the drink how it's supposed to be made. My fault for going back hoping it'll be better just paid 6.75 for bitter water. Safe to say this was my last time at this Starbucks. Good cashiers just horrible at making coffee isn't their a procedure you should follow every time?
